Structural Adhesives

This sector is strictly making part of the composite materials , due to the fact that most of the composite parts are subsequently bonded with structural adhesives we have developped for this purpose . Main sectors we deal are Automotive, Marine, Sport item and some aeronautical and military applications .

Material supposed to be glued with our epoxy structural adhesives are : polimeric impregnated composite,  steel , aluminium (treated aluminium too), alloys , some plastic material and tecnopolimer  .  Adhesive for industrial application are making part of this range, particularly in the abrasive flap disc sector.

Sealant

It’s a growing up market , particularly for electronic component sealants with a wide range of polyurethane sealants formulated by ELANTAS , tixotropic and casting silicone sealants of the MOMENTIVE product range, as we are exclusive distributor in Italy.

Process and application covered with our product range
  • Fast curing time structural bonding , with two component epoxy adhesive, liquid or tixotropic
  • High fatigue resistant structural bonding  , with two component tixotropic epoxy adhesive having high sag resistance. Complete product range for Automotive and Marine sector  , hot curing temperature,  autoclave or room temperature
  • Thermal resistant structural bonding, with two component filled epoxy adhesive  , having low thermal expansion,tixotropic  with high sag resistance. Hot curing if necessary .
  • Rapid-medium curing time structural bonding ,with two component epoxy-acrylic adhesive, filled or unfilled  , with high sag resistance .
  • Hot curing  structural bonding with one component epoxy adhesive , dispensing machine applied, expecially for flap abrasive disc manufacture 
  • Casting resin for flap abrasive wheels assembling , or shaft mounted flap wheels.
