UPR monomer free Resins

Dobeckan MF products are a series of  special  Resin  single component monomer-and VOC free  with medium and  high viscosity, based on especially modified unsaturated polyester. The decisive importance is the fact that,  by using Dobeckan series, the emission will be reduced to practically insignificant values making an elaborated exhaustive sistem unnecessary. Dobeckan MF are not hazardous material; the internal and external transport will be semplyfied, separated storage are unnecessary. The MF products  offers an extraordinary storage stability of 12 months at 23 °C .

DOBECKAN® MF 8001 NV

Impregnating resin based on modified polyester, single component, trickle or roll dip application, medium viscosity, suitable for all conventional rotating and stationary windings, monomer- and VOC-free, non- hazardous tough-hard material, good mechanical and electrical properties, thermal class 180 (H), UL-recognized. The product fulfils the directives 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, 2006/121/EC

DOBECKAN® MF 8004

Impregnating resin based on polyesterimide, single component, roll dip application,  suitable for all conventional rotating and stationary windings, monomer-free, VOC-free, very low emissions, for the impregnation with preheated objects, high filling content of the windings, resistance to centrifugal force, UL-recognized, thermal class 180 (H). The product fulfils the directives 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, 2006/121/EC.

Impregnating resin based on polyester, single component,  trickle or roll dip application, suitable for all conventional rotating and stationary windings, monomer-free, VOC-free, low viscosity, minimized emissions, high productivity by short cycle times, high filling content in the windings, good heat dissipation, UL-recognized, thermal class 180 (H). The product  fulfils the directives 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, 2006/121/EC.
